The facility was clean. They had more of a home responsibility in bedrooms, they definitely had privacy in their rooms, My mom never had her belongings…

My mom was in need of urgent home care. And Mr.Scott, and Miss Regina took my mom in quickly. My mom’s stay was short due to ambulation, and her level of necessities were more long term, and she needed more care, so she lived here briefly. But her short stay at Palm Terrace was full of the upmost caring staff, the activities were excellent, the freedom of choice was there, residents were engaged as if they were living a college dorm life. The facility was clean. They had more of a home responsibility in bedrooms, they definitely had privacy in their rooms, My mom never had her belongings taken. She had freedom, made friends, Miss Regina runs a good loving, dignified ALF. They have their own Church inside, boutique as well. I was so impressed on how calm they handled things. And just so you know my first impression of Miss Regina will always be how she loved on my mom first day like a mother would with her own child, and that is real.It was hard for me to leave my mom in strangers hands but I want to thank the staff for making it ok to have trusted them with my Queen Bee 🐝. Thank you Palm Terrace I am forever grateful.
After an unfortunate experience at a local nursing home, Palm Terrace has been a blessing. I moved my mom into Palm Terrace in September and waited this long to write a review expecting to be disappointed, but Melissa and her staff have found a perfect formula to run a tiny village full of happy people. I am thankful that my mother is now treated with dignity and respect and is in safe environment. All teams actually look happy to be there! Reception, activity, dining, and housekeeping in conjunction with the Angels care team are all worthy of praise. Thank you Melissa and team.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the standard of care and cleanliness of the facility. I’m very happy with all the Carey mother receives. She’s constantly talking about how good the menu is and all the other residents.
Palms Terrace is truly a gift to my mom. She is very well taken care of. Melissa is wonderful and works very hard with the staff for the residents. Latrell a nurse was concerned with my mom she called me personally to get her the care she needed. God bless the staff and this place always. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to helping our family
I'm just so mad right now I'm 57 years old I tried to get into Temple Terrace Melissa was so nice in the beginning she act like she really can't then what you found out that my doctor put that I need a physical therapy and that I take insulin everything changed she didn't want to be bothered she didn't answer my email someone can you answer my phone calls she just showed me that she didn't care that she's a whole hearted person I mean you had me pack up all my stuff like I really was going to move in there and then you said oh I have to be 62 and have Medicare but you know I was 57 when I first started out cuz I told you that I told you I had a man a long-term care and you was okay with that why did you change so bad I don't understand
Palm Terrace Assisted Living & Adult Day Care is excellent. I volunteer there for activities. My church was volunteering before the pandemic and stuff like that. The customer service is great. It's a very homey place, and the residents are really well taken care of. They have their group activities, they have a beauty salon, they have arts and crafts, they have card games, and they have puzzles and reading materials.
This is a scam location...They manager and nurses do not tell the truth...The manager/Melissa and nurse/sheri play good cop bad cop against the family....Do not trust this facility...Not a moral ALF-All about the money....
