Palm Garden of Tampa

I highly recommend Palm Garden of Tampa! The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff is incredibly sweet, caring, and friendly, and they truly put the residents first. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive and comfortable environment for everyone. Such a wonderful team and atmosphere!

Palm Gardens of Tampa has always been clean the staff is very helpful and pleasant when I go visit,I would definitely recommend if you have to relocate your love one. Thanks for being kind to my best friend.

UPDATE: WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS OF PUTTING THIS UP, THE POLICE WERE CALLED FOR A "WELFARE CHECK" ON MY MOTHER. This place is as dirty as they come. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My mother was sent here as a "Rehab Center" by Baycare Hospital in Wesley Chapel. We did not know it was a nursing home. At a glance it appears to be a nice facility. It's all smoke and mirrors. My first visit with my mom was after work late. Most nights I would come from about 7:30-9pm. On my way out the first night, my mother asked me to stop by the nurses' station and get them to bring water/ice. I did so and was acknowledged by "Crystal" and the maintenance guy. I left. My mom messaged me around 5am saying she had still not gotten any water. I started bringing her bottled water every night because this was a normal occurence. They also leave the patients to pee and poop themselves and don't change them for sometimes over an hour. My mom would leave me messages overnight documenting this. My sister and I were furious. I didn't say anything out of fear of retaliation, but my sister wrote a bad review. The next day my mom and dad were visited by the I guess head honcho "Shawn" who had the gall to tell my parents that "You catch more flies with honey". No apologies, just a lecture on politics. Saturday I visited my mom. Her room mate, I think it was a Mrs. Lewis (Lula), had to use the bathroom while I was visiting. She started crying for help. My mom and I told her to push her button. No one came. 5 mins of pushing, 10 mins of pushing, 15 mins of pushing and crying. I was going to get up sooner, but my mom was "afraid they were going to fuss at her" if I went and asked for help. Finally, I got upset enough I just told my mom that I had to go try. I went out and spoke to the nurse. I was acknowledged with "we'll send someone". 10 mins go by, then 20 mins, 35 mins later someone finally comes in and after one hour, they ask what's wrong. When she told them she had to pee, they said they'd get someone. A full sixty mins went by before that poor lady was acknowledged. This place needs to be shutdown. Do not send your loved ones here.

Communication between the hospital and Palm Gardens is inefficient. Communication between supervisors and staff also seems inefficient. My family and I will not recommend this place.

Palm Gardens is a great place for patients to go for Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech Therapy. They do a phenomenal job!
