From the minute she arrived, which was later on a Sunday night, she was welcomed and had 5 star care. The directors were always available, nurses were exceptional, nurses aides are angels from heaven, all the therapists (OT, PT, speech) were top notch. Facility was very clean. I was able to have access to my mom 24/7. When I was not there I was confident that all her needs were being met.
My elderly Mother is well taken care of and very happy here. An EXTRAORDINARILY clean place. I recommend. They are very kind and patient with the elderly. Most of all, “please show the staff kindness & appreciation, they are wonderful & have very hard jobs.” -Ms. Carter
My husband has been in Palm Garden of Port St. Lucie for almost a month for rehab. I ‘m very pleased with the care and service he has received. Everyone has been friendly, kind and understanding; they are always available when I have questions or concerns. I highly recommend Palm Garden of PSL.

The nurses and CNA’s are always helpful. Christopher is amazing, and the ladies downstairs in the lobby are amazing especially Frances and Katie. There’s been a few hiccup's, but overall a decent experience.
I recently was at Palm Gardens for rehab on a shoulder injury. I was more than pleased with my care while at this facility. The place was very clean and the food was great! Most of all I have to say the staff was pleasant and so helpful. I have to give honorable mention to several of the staff that made my stay enjoyable. Two nurses that worked different shifts were so sweet and helpful was Paula and Jazmin. They helped me dress when needed and made sure my medication was available as quickly as possible when I mentioned I was in pain. My injury required therapy and helped me get stronger for sure but also made it a pleasant atmosphere each and every day! Latoya and Courtney made every day fun and always came in with a smile and I felt like they were friends as well as my therapist!! When leaving I hugged every one I could and complimented those who had given me so much help! While of course I hope I do not have future injuries that require me being in a rehab center but if I do I most definitly would chose to go back to Palm Gardens. I thank everyone for all your help and for making my stay so much less painful!
Palm Gardens was great for our friend who needs aid and therapy from his time in the hospital. The employees were friendly and kept the Gardens clean while performing all of their duties. Thank you for taking care of our good friend.
