The staff here is extra caring and they all know each other, including residents. We have not moved my grandparents in yet because they are waiting for a bigger apartment. In this process the managers and staff have been super helpful and always very nice to all of us including my elderly grandparents.
We are thrilled to have such a wonderful relationship with this retirement community. As both a social worker and a daughter, I would wholeheartedly trust the care of my own loved ones to David and the exceptional staff at Orchids Heights. Thank you for your compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to serving the elderly population of Central Florida. Your work truly makes a difference.

Nice place, great view. Rooms can be a little small but there are many different layouts.
My mother-in-law has lived here for the last 2+ years. I call it the cruise ship that never leaves port!! The food is really good for the most part, but the soups are always exceptional!! Lots of activities for the residents, and though there are around 130 residents, it has a comfortable feel about it. Management staff are always friendly and attentive, but there seems to be a revolving door for management because since my mother in law has moved in there have been 4 different managers and 4 different assistant managers. These changes haven't affected the way Orchard Heights has been run, but still, something to think about. The cleaning staff, wait staff, kitchen crew, and maintenance folks are always friendly, too. I highly recommend Orchard Heights.

Nope. UPDATED REVIEW My relative stayed here. Nice views, convenient location. Think upscale apartments with some amenities. Family situation with a scam artist put their name on elderly relatives checks. Frustrating legal situation. Little help or support from Orchard Heights. I understand they are in the middle and prob see this a lot. It’s not Orchard Heights fault but they could’ve been kind, helpful, and respectful to me not scam artist taking advantage. Please note this a national problem targeting elderly, especially with relatives living in another state, not Orchard Heights fault.
