New Dimension Family Care ALF

Making the decision to place a loved one in a home away from home, is never easy. And even harder to find a decent and safe environment for them. With New Dimension, however, I knew my father and I, were in good hands. Owner and facilitator Ms. Ann Marie, runs a quaint, 24/7 hands on staffed, clean, cozy, and affordable Alf in a quiet residential neighborhood all right out of a home. Certainly not given the crowded, poorly staffed, neglectful institutions we all hear about. Due to its size housing 10 residents, at that time, your beloved gets the attention they deserve. All the while still having the freedom to sit in the front or back patio, and large living room. In our case, I was able to visit my dad and sign him out for hours. We even had the option for overnight passes. Three squared meals, adhering to the residents recommended diet, are prepared on site daily, with snacks included. I was able to have food and supplies delivered to my father, which staff members secured in the kitchen and his room. His medication was also administered to him by staff via a pharmacy New Dimension works with. But you may have the option to utilize your own pharmacy. My father was Blessed to have his own room. From my recollection, there were 4 bedrooms, containing 1-2 residents. Spacious and clean. Laundry services are provided on site. And communication with staff was incredibly efficient. No long wait times nor disconnected calls. I was able to text and call anyone, at anytime and vice versa. Depending on the needs of your beloved may determine their suitability at New Dimensions, but they certainly do their best to accommodate. As was the case with my father. His stay was about 8 months until God called him home. But he was well taken care during his final months, may he rest in peace. And may New Dimensions be a fit for your family too.
