Lisa knows her residents well and always provided helpful updates which made my job a lot easier. The med techs and facility aids are amazing and this is evidenced by the outstanding care they provide to all of the residents at the ALF. Thanks guys for being who you are and the care you give. This is certainly a great place for loved ones!
My mom is not yet a client, however, with my 1 1/2 hour phone conversation with Kelly Irish proved to be, and site unseen, the best place for mom. I did not feel rushed with Kelly, she answered all my questions. She has not met my mom, but was able to discern my mom’s needs where no other facility has focused on emotional support. I was given the option for my mom to rent a vacant room for three days so she can get a feel of the atmosphereI. This just proves they really care about their clients needs. I’m excited and hoping your facility will be the best fit for mom.
I had the opportunity to speak with Kelly Irish. All I can say is what a high spirited and caring individual person. What a caring person and with staff as this person has this is where I would want my loved one to be. Again kudos to the staff there. Keep up the great service

Great Residents And Great Cook Absolute Horrible Management It’s Very Unprofessional And Unorganized Rhonda Doesn't Know How To Respect People Nor Talk Too Them And The Owner Gives Absolute No Care About How People Are Handled The Nurse Assume When Something Is Wrong With A Resident Their Getting Old Smh No Team Work And If You Do One Thing Wrong Rhonda Follows You Around Like A Puppy Harassing You Making You Feel Very Uncomfortable Not The Place I Want My Family Too Reside In Nor Recommend This Job It’s Clearly 4Years Later And You Replying To Something You Know Nothing About Please Leave Me And My Review And Find Something Safe To Do Talking About Retaliate Nobody Is Worried About Y’all Ran Down Facility

We love Memory Lane Cottages. The staff are all very helpful as much as possible. Whether a small question or to help make different events for family as special as possible. They are always eager to assist, and with a smile. Kelly (the director) goes over and above to try and pull off your special memories. It would take too long to name each person of staff. Big thanks goes to everyone!! The staff did a special Christmas dinner for residents and family, with beautiful backdrops, snow machines for special effects and pictures, and a delicious dinner for all involved. The staff helped us to celebrate mom's 90th. They decorated and set up a special space for the family to spend great quality time. The love from staff at Memory Lane is great. I would recommend Memory Lane Cottages to anyone.
Just a quick shout out to the staff at Memory Lane Cottage, Tampa. Yesterday was my Mom's 90th birthday and the family was able to celebrate it with her. The staff went out of their way to make sure that both my mom and the family were taking care of so that it would be a memorable experience for all involved, at the same time making sure the other residents are taken care of. I want to thank everybody involved who helped to make this a very special time. I watch how the staff takes care of Mom and the other residents. They seem to treat the residents like a member of their family. I would recommend Memory Lane Cottage to anyone who has a family member in need of memory care. Thanks again, Bill
