I was so reassured every visit that we had made the right decision to place Mom here. She was happy, so well taken care of and she felt she was at "home". Thank you for everything…”

I was so reassured every visit that we had made the right decision to place Mom here. She was happy, so well taken care of and she felt she was at "home". Thank you for everything Janelle and Polly.
Nice home, BUT.....we visited the home with a tour from the owner who is very pleasant, BUT....toured on a Monday, our Dad was never accessed by owner until Saturday. (which she was late for the appt.) Then it took her over 48 hrs to let us know that our Dad was not a fit for her home. Her caregiver is there 24/7 but sleeps during the night. Owner was very hard to get a call back to me.....always had an excuse. She knew the second she was done accessing our Dad that he wouldn't be a fit. In the meantime we lost a week waiting on her. Kids all live out of town, so beyond frustrated. Very bad…

The owner/administrator Janelle goes above and beyond for her residents. She's someone you can trust taking care of your loved ones. After one conversation with Janelle, you will feel how much her residents and this business means to her. There's not a lot of places in Florida that has an operator that cares as much as she does!

I want to thank Janelle and her staff for the most amazing love and care they showed my mother the entire time she was a resident. Janelle showed her love and respect for mom until the end. She is compassionate and patient with both the residents and family members. I would not have gotten thru the last months of my mothers life without her. I strongly recommend this ALF and will always be thankful for everything Janelle and her staff did to make my mom's life so much better.

Marie’s Manor Assisted Living is a great option for those considering a smaller more hands on experience for their loved one. Janelle, the owner and her staff go above and beyond for their residents with care needs, activities, and great food!
I visited Marie's Manor in Winter Park. The staff who toured me was great as well as the cleanliness. They take people out on excursions, which is good. The only problem is it was non-smoking, and the place was really small. I didn't have a meal there, but they gave me a welcoming gift, and that was really nice. It's homey.
I have known Ms. Lopez for over ten years. I have seen her put everything she has on this project, get her business degree for this purpose, rely on experts for advice and guidance with humility, and truly do her best to make this happen. This is truly a passion for her, not just a business. I met her mother, her inspiration for this project, when she was well. Her decline is a terrible tragedy, but something beautiful has come from it and now Ms. Lopez will be able to provide the care that she always wanted her own mother to have. I would trust her with my own mother.
