The facility is beautiful, always clean, no nasty smells. The Bistro meals are great - would definitely recommend going for lunch. Special shout out to Bre in Case Management for being so responsive and helpful, Maria at the front desk in the gym for always being so pleasant and having a smile! THE THERAPY DEPARTMENT IS AMAZING!

Occupational therapy and physical therapy have made a great impact on me. The certified lymphedema therapist Yeeania Valencia at magnolia ridge rehab I lost 1-2 inches of fluid in my left arm and can make a fist and lift her arm without pain

Great place to send family members if you don’t want to stress about communication. They don’t know what’s going on so no need you can be assured they won’t tell you anything. 7 months POA still hasn’t heard from doctor for patient who can’t take care of himself. Nurse didn’t know, and doubted, if he was on antibiotics - despite his specialist stressing to be put on. Can’t get any communication through the phone. Was transported to his doctor’s appointment and then left by himself for over an hour in the lobby waiting to be picked up. Physically debilitated so can’t ask for help. Most of the staff is terrified of looking bad so they won’t answer questions or even try to give you references on who to contact or how to get the answers you’re looking for. Was told “good luck” when myself and POA said we’ll call the main line asking for help if the nurse couldn’t tell me who to call just to understand what medicines he’s on. Took 10 minutes to be told the doctor’s name. Was waiting until father passed to leave a review, but shocker: he’s febrile and being sent to the ER. Nice facility but the last 7 months they’ve been losing the battle against critical thinking.

I just wanted to inform someone about an employee I met at a local event. I have to say that your social worker (I think) Bre was very impressive and she represented your company well. I just thought that I would leave this note for her and to let you know, kudos!

‼️Your loved one is not safe at Magnolia Ridge‼️ On the surface, Magnolia Ridge looks wonderful. The building is clean, modern, and impressive when you walk through the doors. Unfortunately, appearances are very misleading. In our experience, every time my grandmother needed assistance, it could take up to 45 minutes to get help. When staff finally arrived, they were rushed or impatient. Nurses who brought medications barely acknowledged her, often speaking no more than a few words. The doctors here are a VERY serious concern. They didn’t bother to read her medical history before giving medications and administering fluids. They ordered a liter of fluids for an elderly patient in kidney failure.. which resulted in her being admitted to the hospital in fluid overload. She was then transferred to a hospice care facility and passed away just days after Magnolia Ridge’s medical care. The only positive I can say about the facility is the physical therapists, they were wonderful and genuinely compassionate. But that’s it.
