Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely clean. Nurses and staff are very responsible and respectful towards residents. They interact with one another very well. The ice cream is delicious 😋 They have consistently won the best nursing home and rehab center AWARDS as displayed in their lobby. My 101 year old Mother recently fell and went to LifeCare of Estero for rehab. I'm very happy with the care she is receiving at your facility. Thumbs up from me!
My Father was in rehab for a week. He was well taken care of. Staff was knowledgeable, and pleasant. Appreciated the experience.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful grounds. It took an adjustment for my father, but has settled in and doing great. He loves the food and the ice cream shop!
The CNA was feeding my dad when we got there. She was so patient with him. She actually fed him more than we’ve seen him eat in a while. Everything was puréed perfectly and easy for him to swallow. We appreciate all you are doing to keep him comfortable. ❤️
My roommate was admitted for rehab, and we were told he would be there 4 weeks. Well, without me being notified, he was released 2 weeks early despite the fact he had been sick for the past two days and had some kind of memory lapse/issue during the night. I asked a nurse if a doctor had seen him and was told yes but nothing was known about his memory issue from the night before and at that time. They still released him early and in this weak condition. I had tried calling many times that morning to speak with the supervisor who never reached out to me and included me in this discharge decision, but no response. I felt it was not smart to release him at that time due to him not feeling well and his memory situation from the night before and lack of not knowing what was wrong with his memory from the night before, but was not given the opportunity to speak with the supervisor. It was very shady and unprofessional. The supervisor spoke to me on the phone only because my roommate called me to pick him up and had no memory of when I was coming to get him. At that point it was too late to inquire about him staying g because they had him all packed up and out of his room!! It was like they couldn’t get rid of him fast enough. The staff was very nice and kind, but this early discharge was negligent, and I am very upset about by it!! They made these decisions without me knowing and without discussion with me, knowing I was the caretaker.
