Recommendation for Las Palmas Assisted Living My brother lived at Las Palmas Assisted Living for 3½ years, and our family is truly grateful for the loving and compassionate care he received during his time there. The nursing staff, under the direction of Rosanna Prado, provided exceptional, high-quality care. What stood out most was the way each resident was treated as an individual, with dignity, kindness, and genuine concern for their well-being. Carol, Kisha, and Camila were especially caring and attentive, and their dedication made a meaningful difference in my brother’s life. We also greatly appreciated the wonderful activities planned by Alejandra Ferrazza. The activities were varied, engaging, and a lot of fun, giving residents opportunities to socialize, stay active, and enjoy each day. Las Palmas is fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring team. We are very thankful to everyone who cared for my brother and helped make his years there comfortable, meaningful, and filled with kindness. I would highly recommend Las Palmas Assisted Living to families looking for a warm, caring, and supportive home for their loved ones.

Las Palmas has been exactly what my father has needed for the past 4 years. Here, he is cared for with patience and respect. My father is able to remain active by participating in the many activities offered at Las Palmas. He is very social, he enjoys the many opportunities to engage with other residents. The staff are fully attentive to his individual needs and empathetically and compassionately communicate with him as well. As his daughter, I have peace of mind knowing that my father is in a place that feels like a "home" to him where he is carefully attended to and where he is accompanied by others his age that allow him to socialize and feel like he is part of a community. I would also like to commend Rossana Garcia Prado, the Director of Clinical Services. Her supervision of the medical and social needs of the patients and her efficient communication with the family members is one of the reasons this center stands out amongst the others.
