I was planning to move in this community. I was talking to [Removed] for 2 months. And I am really disappointed on how things went down. I had already bought my train ticket to arrive there on the 28th and called them 4 days before and told them they day I was arriving and they said it should be ready by the 27th. All I needed was a straight answer no lies. When I got there I was asked to come back because the apartment wasn't ready and there were holes in the ceiling and the AC wasn't working. I put down a $350.00 deposit on this place. I had no car and I'm in a wheelchair so I'm thrown into…
