They are attentive, considerate, and completely trustworthy with the details and needs of your family. If you're searching for a safe, peaceful home then La Poinciana should definitely be on your shortlist of locations.
The owners were very lovely, kind and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and were instrumental in some tough decisions. If it wasn’t for their years of combined knowledge, experience, and sincere kindness, we might’ve never known how great Long Term Care would be for our loved one! Honestly- great group of people!
Wonderful facility. Kind and knowledgeable team members that go above and beyond for their residents. I have been very impressed by their attentiveness and cleanliness. If you are looking for a home away from home for you or your loved one, I would absolutely recommend!

This assisted living facility is one of the best that I have visited for my dad. Everyone was very professional and friendly which made it very easy to communicate all my questions. In addition, the facility was clean and safe which is a key element for my family. I am very happy that we chose the assisted living facility. I know my dad is in great hands with such a great team. This ALF is top notch! They have everything you want for your loved ones. SAFE! CLEAN! and High level of assisted care. The staff is very professional, and go out of their way to accommodate needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This outstanding group of medical professionals have hearts of gold! The owner was candid about their services, staff were courteous and eager to answer questions. I truly appreciated the patience in walking us through the application process and managed care services. Thank you again for your time and my parents send their thanks as well.

My mother lived here the last year of her life. She never thought she would be able to tolerate assisted living due to her fierce independence. But at La Poinciana she was very happy and felt taken care of and appreciated as an individual. Carmelle, who owns and operates this community, is a skilled and caring health care professional who works with each resident to develop a plan of care that maximizes their quality of life. The rooms are very pleasant along with the common areas. I would not hesitate to bring another of my family in need of this care to this facility.
