My brother is a patient here, I have been calling to see how my brother is doing and they pick up but when they and transfer to the me to nurse or the manager they just let the phone ring or hang up on me. Yesterday I called the non- emergency police department to do a welfare check on him. I live in Texas and he is in Florida. This is so hard on me. They told the cop that they called me but I don’t answer. That’s a big fat lie. My brother is dying with cancer I don’t know how long he has left all I want to do is to talk to him. Why is that hard for them to do. I can’t sleep because I worried about him. How can people be so heartless. I went to see him two months ago. . I can’t come back out.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Director of Social Work and the tremendous support she provided to our family during one of the most challenging times we have ever faced. Her communication was clear, respectful, and reassuring, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. She consistently went above and beyond to connect us with resources, provide guidance, and help us overcome obstacles that seemed impossible at times. Her ability to advocate, problem-solve, and support families is exceptional. It was obvious that she was fully invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome for our loved one. Just as important as her professional expertise was the kindness and respect she showed our family. She treated us with dignity, empathy, and genuine concern every step of the way. We never felt like we were simply another case. We felt heard, valued, and supported. It is rare to find someone who combines such outstanding professional skills with such a caring and compassionate approach. The positive impact she made on our family will never be forgotten. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for us and believe the organization is incredibly fortunate to have someone of her caliber in a leadership role. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to those she serves deserve the highest recognition. I sincerely hope her supervisors are aware of the difference she makes in the lives of the families like ours that she helps every day.
