My father was in their care for about 18 months. He had dementia. I could not have asked for better people than Jhoane and Ron to take care of him. They truly cared about him and my family. Jhoane was very good about communicating with me. I actually miss seeing them now that Dad has passed. Thank you for everything you did for my father! I would highly recommend Jeroll Care! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had my mother at JEROLL CARE ALF for almost 3 years until her death. The owner is a licensed registered nurse (RN). She really took excellent care of my mom. I never had any worries that my mom was in great hands. This place is always immaculate. The meals are always cooked from scratch. They serve 3 meals a day and snacks in between the meals. It’s an extremely nice place for your loved one to be. My mom was well taken care of. Her room was always well kept. The caregivers did an awesome job caring for her. My mother enjoyed playing BINGO or dominos in addition to a music lady that comes…

My mother enjoyed playing BINGO or dominos in addition to a music lady that comes every Friday for music entertainment. My mother couldn’t be at a better place. She was very happy at that facility. I’d recommend JEROLL CARE in a heartbeat to anyone. JEROLL CARE ALF is really a home away from home.

The only minor issue I have with this care home is that there are no outside activities. The food is good and they keep the home immaculately clean. The staff are really attentive to my dad and look after him very well.
Mom enjoyed her stay there and staff was very caring
The owner Jhoane met with me twice before my 88 year old mother was bought there for 12 days of respite care. My mother has memory issues and does not get around particularily well. She can become disoriented in surroundings that she is not familiar with. Everyone there made my mother feel right at home and comfortable, she socialized with the other residents and did not seem to show any signs of stress when I came to pick her up. This residence is run by lovely caring people. I would not hesitate to leave my mother with them again if the need arose.
We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place, overall, however I don't think the small group home style community would have been the best fit for my loved one. Everyone seemed very friendly, but we were looking for somewhere more active.
Joanne is a very caring and compassionate caregiver. Her home is very clean and her staff are very friendly and accommodating and they take very good care of the residents. My husband and I are very glad we placed his parents at Jeroll Care. Joanne, her own family and her staff have made it possible for us to relax and feel secure in the knowledge that my husband's parents will be safe and well taken care of and we can be rest assured in that knowledge.
