Hibiscus Palace Assisted Living Facility

Hibiscus Palace assisted Living is a wonderful home away from home with caring and loving staff to care for your loved ones safe and enjoyable home away from home. Dr Andrea Mattis is a wonderful brilliant, loving person who will make it hurt job to make sure that your loved ones are taken care of.

Very clean environment with a warm and caring staff. The administrator is lovely and always available to answer any questions or family concerns. Rest assured that you will have peace of mind if your loved one is a resident of Hibiscus Palace.

Great facility. The staff pays attention well and the residents are well taken care of. Anytime I visited, people were smiling and content.

If you don't want your love ones to go through hell on earth do not put them in Hibiscus Palace 11 in Wellington Florida, I am talking from personal experience. My mom lived there for 4 years , she has dementia. As the dementia got worst so did her care. Every time me and my sister visited her, there was something displeasing to complain about. Her dentures was black as dirt from lack of cleaning ,several times her underware was saturated with mixture of urine and feces running down her legs, bruises on her arms and legs, neglected ulcer on her heel and she was heavily medicated all the time. When my mom first went into Hibiscus Palace 11, she could talk and walk now she can't . There is no activity provided for the residents. There is minimum interaction and communication between the caregivers and residents there. The caregivers are not trained and has no knowledge how to care for the elderly and sick. They are uncaring, uncompassionate and down right rude , they need to be working with dead bodies not living beings. The food is the worst, no nutritional value straight garbage. The administrator is all hands off all her interest and priority is the money she is making from these poor , volunerable elderly and sick people.This place needs to investigated and shut down! period! When I removed my mom Hibiscus Place 11 on August 7th , 2024 my mom was at death's door she was rush to the hospital lethargic, dehydrated, and had multiple severe infections and multiple falls which I believe caused her to stop talking but thanks to Palm Gardens Rehab my mom is doing much better even talking a little, making steps and is alert and happy! she is a survivor! If my mom had stayed there any longer I would have being making her funeral arragements. If I could have given them a -0 star I would have. Don't be fool by their false advertisement they are trying to entice you! beware!
