I decided to go to live in an ALF due to recent physical and milf memory loss, while lving alone in my beautiful condo. I choose Heritage House because it's a small family oriented ALF o manicured lawn with shady trees in beautiful Clearwater, Florida 33764. This is a small family oriented ALF where I had visited a friend in the recent past..snd thought this was a place that I would like to move into if I needed to do so. Well, I moved in quite recently and am so happy that I did. The management is excellent and they have a wonderful caring staff, the environment is clean and peaceful. The food is good and l, they cater to our individual needs and requests. I would certainly recommend Heritage House,[removed]. to anyone who needs a nice ALF to relocate to or for a loved elderly family member or friend!
This place is large enough to be comfortable and small enough that you will never get lost. Everyone is like family in this facilty. The communication is amazing. All the residents are always happy with smiles on there face.
Residents were clean, dressed nicely, and appeared happy/comfortable in their home.

Our family is so grateful for the care she (my mother-in-law) is getting. [name removed] is always willing to do whatever is needed to ensure mom is taken care of. She has such a positive attitude!
I think the ladies here have a true heart for those they care for. It has been a very pleasant experience for me. I so appreciate everyone here tries daily to make us comfortable.

Very clean, accommodating, efficient, all staff are so friendly and caring.
My Mom had been a resident of Heritage House since [date removed] until she passed on [date removed] from advanced Alzheimer's. 'Heritage House was ‘Home’. It’s difficult to express in words how grateful I am to [name removed]and her amazing Staff for the care she received. Sure…..she had 3 nutritious meals a day. Her laundry was done for her and her bedroom was lovely. But Heritage House is so much more than that. I live out of State, so it was especially important for me to have a personal relationship with the Staff at HH. [name removed] could make my Mom laugh! Even on my Mom’s worst days, [name removed] would hug her and hold her hands and make her laugh. [name removed] could make my Mom smile! My Mother lived her remaining years in an incredibly beautiful, loving environment, and I will be eternally grateful to [name removed] and her Staff. From the bottom of my heart, forever grateful, Thank you.
