Harbor Chase is by far one of the best assisted living facilities I have been in! THERAPY: ERIN is the COTA (certified occupational therapy assistant) at the facility! First of all, her smile is contagious! She is kind, patient, funny, and incredibly loving, which instantly puts her patients at ease. Beyond her warm personality, Erin is deeply skilled, attentive, and a fierce advocate for those in her care! She genuinely listens, meets patients where they are, and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel supported, respected, and empowered! Her passion for occupational therapy is evident in everything she does, and the impact she makes on her patients’ lives is profound. Any team or family is incredibly fortunate to have Erin! TRACY is the PT (physical therapist) at the facility. She is an extraordinary physical therapist—wise, beautiful inside and out, and incredibly intelligent! Tracy is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist who consistently demonstrates clinical excellence and professionalism. She brings wisdom, intelligence, and precision to her practice, along with a genuine passion for physical therapy! Tracy’s expertise, thoughtful approach, and commitment to evidence-based care support meaningful patient outcomes. She is a valuable asset to any clinical team and a trusted provider for those she serves!

Harbor Chase is by far one of the best assisted living facilities I have been in! ACTIVITIES: The Activities Department at this assisted living facility is truly exceptional. LIANA, BRITTANY, and PEGGY are incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated to creating meaningful moments for the residents! You can tell they genuinely care—every activity is thoughtful, engaging, and tailored to bring joy, comfort, and connection. They treat each resident with so much respect and compassion, and it shows in the way the residents light up during activities. I’m grateful for the love, effort, and positivity they bring every day. This department truly makes a difference! RECEPTION: ALLISON at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is always so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction feels warm and professional, and she goes out of her way to make sure residents, families, and visitors feel cared for and supported. Her kindness sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. Truly an asset to the facility! MEDICATION MANAGEMENT/RESIDENT CARE: FATIMA is truly a bright light in this facility. The woman I care for lights up the moment she sees her. Fatima is consistently kind, positive, and patient, and she brings such a warm, uplifting energy into every interaction. Her attitude, compassion, and genuine care make a real difference every single day. She’s a blessing to the residents and to everyone who works with her! SARI is helps care for my loved one at night, is truly wonderful. She’s attentive, gentle, and consistently reliable. Her calm presence brings comfort, and I can always trust that my loved one is in good hands when she’s on shift. We’re very grateful for the care she provides. BONNIE is incredibly helpful and always finds a way to brighten my day. She’s quick to assist with anything I need. Her positivity is truly appreciated and makes every interaction a joy. KIYA is consistently kind, attentive, and dedicated to her work. Her professionalism and genuine care bring so much comfort to the residents. She works hard every day to ensure everyone is safe, supported, and treated with dignity. Truly an outstanding member of the team. MANAGEMENT: Ry, executive director, is truly exceptional. She demonstrates an outstanding work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that every resident is well cared for and that the facility operates smoothly. Despite the demands of her role, she maintains a warm smile and a gracious attitude, reflecting her genuine commitment to those she serves. Her dedication and professionalism make a meaningful difference every day, and she is deeply appreciated. DINING STAFF: CHEF TIM makes delicious meals that are absolutely exceptional. He is highly skilled, accommodating, and consistently ensures that every meal is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. His dedication and hard work are evident in the quality and presentation of the food, and he goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents and staff alike. His professionalism and passion make a significant difference in the dining experience at the facility! LANDON and DAVID are a part of the wait staff and they are outstanding! They remain patient, kind, and respectful—even in moments when they are treated unfairly by residents. Their work ethic is evident every day, and they manage their responsibilities with grace and a wonderful attitude. Their dedication truly enhances the quality of life for everyone here! HOUSEKEEPING: KELSEY is such a wonderful human being! She is one of the hardest working people in the building, yet she never loses her positivity. Her smile and energy lift the atmosphere, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about the residents and her work. I appreciate her more than she knows! A few names weren't mention because this post would be never ending but I appreciate all Harbor Chase does for my loved one!
