[name removed] has been very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is also great. The apartment size is over 800 ft.². It's very large and very impressive that it's that big for the price. And they all have balconies, which is so nice. She doesn't use the amenities as much as she should, but there's lots of places to do activities with friends. And the kitchen restaurant area is great.
Currently, I'm at the Hampton Apartments. They have everything that I need. They have a wellness center, too. I see doctors down there and get my blood drawn, so I don't have to go out to get my blood drawn. They have a huge menu. The food they prepare is really, really good. It's just outstanding. The staff though doesn't do anything for you. They clean and everything, and the place is immaculate, but as far as doing anything for me, it's zero. They have large rooms and an elevator. It's quiet, you won't hear your neighbors, so I am very satisfied with the facility. For the money, it's the…

I toured the Hampton Apartments. It was a phenomenal place, but unfortunately it's an independent living. If anybody can afford $2,300 it's an amazing place. They have a movie theater, a gym, a hot tub, and a pool. The food was incredible. It is expensive, but they have nurses if you need help with your medication. They charge $15 to go each day, but they'll bring it down to $10 a day to visit you to make sure you're taking your meds and everything's working out. It's a beautiful place. Each apartment has a screened-in patio so the bugs can't get in. The kitchen is tiny, and the appliances are old, but most people aren't going to cook. It has a separate bedroom. The living rooms are not huge, but decent-sized. They have so many amenities. They have a van. They have a signup list. If you want to go to Trader Joe's, Walmart, or Publix, you sign up, and they'll take you there. It's truly an exceptional place. It was spotless. I don't like the marketing person. He's quite the shark, but the maintenance person was very nice. You could tell that they hired professional people who knew what they were doing. Everybody looked happy. I saw the menu and it was exceptional.
Larger apartments, lots of live entertainment, a game room on every floor, movie theatre, beautiful pool and pool table and Ping-Pong table. Love the dinning room. Wonderful chef! I love living here. Have made many wonderful friends.
I would highly recommend it to any family that is looking for someplace secure and oriented for seniors. My father in law is having the time of his life. So many activities for him to be involved in. He actually met a resident there and they have been inseparable since. Awesome place for seniors!
What I like the most about Hampton Apartments is the apartment size, food, heated pool, common areas, screened in porch and price. Apartments are very dated residents are very old and most use canes, walkers or scooters. It's supposed to be 55+ but I'm the youngest here and I'm 68. Some have Alzheimer's. I was not expecting to live in what seems like assisted living or a nursing home
