I had my doubts about this facility until I met Nurse Kemone, who is now the evening supervisor—and she truly deserves that position. She is one of the best nurses I have ever come across. She is professional, caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you ever have to place a family member here, I would highly recommend having them under Nurse Kemone's care on the North Side. She goes above and beyond for her patients and treats them like family. Thank you, Nurse Kemone, for taking such wonderful care of my mom. Your kindness, dedication, and genuine compassion meant so much to our family. We will always be grateful for the exceptional care you provided. You are truly one of a kind. Hamlin Place gets five stars for their quality care. They have a full and attentive staff in the North Wing of the facility which feels like home. Sonia the Nursing Director is excellent and has a very good team of nurses and care givers who look forward to treating their patients and residents. They smile and have a positive attitude with their patients. There is always staff available to assist such as Kemone the night supervisor. Kemone gives us updates when my father in law is not doing well. Roman the weekend supervisor is available for questions and updates. My father in law is kept clean and well fed and treated with respect and kindness. Every patient is important to them. Staff takes time with each patient. Hamlin communicates regularly with family They have daily activities and Saturday faith services which are uplifting for the patients who need to hear hope. If you need quality care visit Hamlin first.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful skilled nursing facility! From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff genuinely cares about the residents and their familys.
