She is warm, friendly, professional, and full of information. The Carlisle is fortunate to have a quality employee in that position. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to reside there shortly and it is in large measure because of Jackie.
My mom and I were recently invited to attend a “Lunch and Learn” event at The Carlisle. As owners of a local nurse registry (private duty home care company), we work every day with seniors. When asking us for recommendations about assisted living facilities or senior communities, one of the first questions they ask us is about the food/dining. My mom and I were recently invited to attend a “Lunch and Learn” event at The Carlisle. As owners of a local nurse registry (private duty home care company), we work every day with seniors. When asking us for recommendations about assisted living facilities or senior communities, one of the first questions they ask us is about the food/dining. The food quality and presentation at the luncheon were 5 star – comparable to higher-end restaurants. Most importantly, all management and staff who we met with made us feel welcome. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They really know how to provide an elevated, pleasant experience for their residents. After the luncheon, we took a tour of the Memory Care building. The newly renovated apartments were beautiful. We were particularly impressed with the different levels of care offered for residents with different abilities.

I am currently living at the Carlisle in Independent living. The atmosphere here does not look or feel like a facility with its Mediterranean design. It feels more like a hotel or a luxurious home. It's location is superb. We are steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Directly across the street are lovely shops, restaurants, and beauty salons which offer great convenience. The staff are caring and most accommodating and always with a smile. They are kind and approachable in their efforts to assist and please the residents. I am a second generation resident and I love it as much as my dad did. After doing my" homework" looking at other places, I can honestly say,"I would not want to be anywhere else".
My dad moved in just a few months ago and this has been life-changing for him. He really wasn’t the social type but it didn’t take him long to get acclimated. All of the residents and especially the staff have been exceptionally inviting. My Dad was hospitalized and the staff and residents kept checking on him and made sure he was OK and got him back into the swing of things once he was back home. They offer outings for the residents, happy hour, 24 hour staff, the options are endless. My dad is living like a king and well deserved for the golden years of his life. I can’t say enough about this place and my dad for once is living his life again thanks to The Carlisle and their staff.
Beautiful place
How unfortunate that under the new ownership, the new leadership staff has lost their focus on the residents and their families. All focus has been on the beautiful remodel. So we go from a building that needed some love but had a staff that loved the residents and their family....to a building that shows love but staffed by leadership that has no interest to keep the residents and their families feeling any love. What happened to any ownership within each of the positions of leadership. Everyone points the finger at someone else even though the issue falls within that person's area of responsibilities. Ownership of your teams actions or inaction fall to that persons area of responsibilities. Proactive follow up is key for success of leadership roles. Basic management 101....
Lisa Davis is an amazing Campus Director at The Carlisle Palm Beach. I have had the pleasure of interacting with her through community events, and she is always so positive, professional, and easy to talk to. Lisa truly cares about her residents and staff and it shows, they speak so highly of her and the supportive environment she creates.
