She needs to be fired and a competent manager hired that has compassion for the elderly and doesn’t have a god complex and wants to have complete control over her domain. She treats the tenants like prison inmates and she is the high and mighty prison warden. Please come and investigate how this place is run. The place is dirty and disgusting and is in disrepair. Halls are dirty and unkept, maintenance does as little as possibly and does now know what they…

Horrible and evil manager. She follows tenants around, criticizes them, threatens them, is rude and would consider her an elder abuser. She needs to be fired and a competent manager hired that has compassion for the elderly and doesn’t have a god complex and wants to have complete control over her domain. She treats the tenants like prison inmates and she is the high and mighty prison warden. Please come and investigate how this place is run. The place is dirty and disgusting and is in disrepair. Halls are dirty and unkept, maintenance does as little as possibly and does now know what they are doing. They don’t paint and clean when a tenant moves out. The laundry facilities are horrible and the common areas are completely controlled by management and they don’t allow residents to use them as needed. Residents live in fear daily from the prison guard and they don’t dare to say anything because of retaliation…. Stay away from this place….
This place is depressing. Management needs a new job somewhere else.

Grove City Manor is run with drug addicts, drunks, theives, and liars. The bulk of the people that rent at this location are the culmulative scum that settles at the bottom of the barrel known as Grove city. The management are advocates and supporters of the bullying & harassment that the tenants face. They turn a blind eye to the drug dealing and pill swapping that goes on under their noses. Health & human services needs to be brought in as well for the mold that is growing behind the cheap repairs this place did after hurricane Ian as well.
Talked to the manager today, she was so helpful. I am thrilled to be on the waiting list. I lived in Florida for 20 + years and now am in Georgia living with my daughter. I love Florida and hope to return as soon as possible.
Entered application recently. When talking with manager she was very impatient and brisk. Very sarcastic and impatient with me. I parted. Had to go back today. Met manager at door .Asked if any way to get up on waiting list. NO!! in a very brisk impatent way. I asked if she always talked like this. Couldn't believe she is manager there!! Len Tatko
