Recently, I was released from a hospital and I had to do my Rehab. I chose Lake City Rehab due to having to take a IV antibiotic three times a day and 24 hour care . Lake City Rehab and staff from House Keeping right on up to administration even the nurses were just outstanding. I want to thank personally, Dina and Nina for all they did for me By getting me there into Rehab there they treated me like royalty great food great care. I would recommend this place number one from all towns. If you have a love one that needs care take them here to Lake City Rehab and 24 hour care you won’t regret it. I guarantee it . David Terrell PA looks after his patients there and if you do not have a good PA doctor I recommend you to go see him and his staff they make a # 1 Team right behind The First Federal Bank on Highway 90 in Lake City Florida he was assisted to Dr Alex Gonzales for a long time until he started his own clinic with his wife. Why bother go elsewhere in Lake City , Live Oak, Dowling Park , Madison or Gainesville even Jacksonville for care and Rehab. Lake City Rehab and Healthcare Facilityis where you need to go . They both are jammed up even their staff is wonderful. They treat you like family and not like strangers . Many doctors and Medical Staff treat you like a number get you in get you out they don’t have time to talk to you Not David Terrell and his staff . He has an open ear and patience to talk to you That’s even from the staff at Lake City Rehab and Healthcare and the facility is like a five star hotel, not a rehab or a nursing home. They have all your rehab needs from IV to Physical therapy.
