Fairfield Manor

I live here and have since its opening 4 1/2 years ago. When new, it was wonderful, but today it is showing signs of wear and tear of an older, ignored bldg. Management is great, but the owners (millionaires) evidently do not care anymore and keep raising the rates and giving less. We have the same people coming to mow, etc. but that is all they do now. After many complaints they finally pulled the 4 ft. weeds in the flower beds and laid some pine straw in the front. In the back it looks like a third world nation- the beautiful pool that the management keeps clean is surrounded by flower beds with shrubs and no pine straw in most places - clay with rocks and concrete from the construction 5 years ago. The yard people finally dug up the dead shrubs and blew off the dirt from the concrete. This is the same company that we have always used, but they now do the bare minimum. So sad - it still could be beautiful in the back, too.
