Horrible care. Physical Therapy was decent and a very small handful of nurses. My uncle was there for 5 weeks we asked every single day for 3 weeks to have his nails trimmed. Fell multiple times, hurt himself multiple times. Because every time he rang the buzzer needing help nobody came. And I don't mean for minutes I mean prolonged period of time. Found a blue pill in his bed scanned it through my Google Lens it was a medication that he doesn't even take. The nurse I guess she's the manager there I don't know she's horrible with patients should not be working with elderly she is definitely not in the right field. She tried to tell me that it was a clarinex. I called administrator to let him know about it and I let him know that what she's telling me the medication is, is not what it is it was something totally different and I can prove it by showing him the history in my phone. He just let me know that won't hold up in court because I'm not allowed to take pictures in the facility. So basically they think they can get away with anything and there's nothing that you can do about it to protect your family and loved ones. In my opinion they are not a good facility. My uncle lost 20 lb in the time that he was there because he couldn't eat the food was so disgusting. Neither paper towel holder worked in his room so they just left a gigantic roll of industrial paper towels sitting on the back of the toilet. Soap dispenser did not work either so we had to bring in our own soap. One of the times that he fell he broke his wrist. They had X-rays done and told us it wasn't broken however a week after his discharge we had to take him to the hospital as he was complaining about the pain in his wrist. Guess what his wrist is broken. Called the administrator to tell him about it and he said that's not his fault they use a third party to do X-rays and if the technician read the results wrong that does not fall back on the rehabilitation center. I'm completely disgusted and saddened by the treatment of my uncle he is 84 years old. When I called to complain to the administrator he told me that they got two five-star reviews this week. No apologies for the treatment of my uncle. I guess they're happy with getting a five star once in a blue moon. Even a broken clock is right twice a day😥
