I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diamond Ridge. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their residents. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and patient. The nurses are knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or address concerns with kindness and professionalism. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable hands. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diamond Ridge. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their residents. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and patient. The nurses are knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or address concerns with kindness and professionalism. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such capable hands. The entire facility has a welcoming atmosphere, and it's obvious that everyone works together to provide outstanding care. The communication with families is excellent, and all of the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family and receive excellent care, I highly recommend this facility. We are so grateful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work of everyone there.
Diamond Ridge is an excellent place for care and rehab. Sue in Admissions has helped many families. She has always been caring and professional. She has a lot of knowledge regarding the healthcare system.

Unimpressed. My mom had a stroke in January and is needing inpatient rehab care. We were told that a referral was needed, so the GP sent one. We heard nothing. Then after weeks of no communication and leaving multiple voicemails, we were told insurance would not cover because she had been out of the hospital for too long. We then got an exception letter from the GP, which we were told by this facility to get, faxed to the facility. It has been over a month and still have not heard anything. Called again this morning and spoke with Sue who was unprofessional, rude and lied. She said we were told multiple times they had not received anything to drop off the paperwork in person. We were told nothing of the sort, no phone call, no text, no voicemails. The admission team is a joke. If you're a facility meant to help people then there needs to be communication. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
Please do not send your loved ones here cuz they will not take care of them. If for whatever reason you do have to send them here please make sure you are there everyday or at least every other day. At this facility the care is terrible. They lie about patience having bowel movements. Their has been some kind of issue almost every day.

This is the first time my husband has been to rehab. The care at Diamond Ridge has been beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this facility.
My mom is 85 and tiny. She took 2 falls at home on hard tile floor. After mom's hospital 911 visit I was given 4 rehab facilty choices to have my mom recover and get stronger. I chose Diamond Ridge because of the reviews I found. Luckily mom was accepted in. I am so grateful to Diamond Ridge Health & Rehab team for how they treated my mom. All of the employees I encountered were wonderful, respectful, caring, kind, professional and dedicated to our loved ones. Diamond Ridge brought my mom back to herself, with some nudging, my mom can be stubborn. She has life left in her and thank you Diamond Ridge for PT-ing and OT-ing her strength back. All the good food you provided, the cleanliness, the caring everyone provided. Mom was covered under her Medicare Insurance so I can't answer the cost question.
