My mom moved to Compass Rose in March 2024, she was there for 15 months. Sadly she passed away this June. When we placed her at Compass Rose we felt completely confident that this was the best place for her to be. We were right! Compass Rose is not a facility. It is a family! It would take up too much space to list all the different staff members and caretakers that made a difference in her life and in ours. Just wanted to thank all of you there for what you did for her the whole time. You were there for her and you were there for us. I have so many pictures on my phone of the different activities that she was able to participate in and a smile on her face. I will treasure them forever. I posted on my phone when she initially moved in so I could not post another one, So I am posting this on my husband's phone and he feels the same way. Thank you all so much! Much love and appreciation to you all!
I cannot express how much my family appreciated the quality of care that was given to my dad. Not only physically but also mentally. He was treated with respect, compassion and most of all love. It’s a very hard decision putting your loved one into someone else’s care but it was a lot easier knowing he was in a place where the staff went above and beyond, especially as his needs grew. This also includes the office staff that was always responsive, helpful and understanding.

If you're looking for an outstanding assisted living/ memory care, you can stop looking because Compass Rose is it. After looking at several other places, we fell in love with Compass Rose. Our mom has been living there since March and it is amazing to see how well she is doing. The staff is incredible from The director Amanda, marketing director Melissa, their head nurse Narissa and all the nursing staff are amazing and caring. Their maintenance and tech support are always there when needed, the laundry and cleaning lady do an excellent job. Her room is always clean and she gets her right clothes back. The best part is most of the staff has been there very long time. And it is all inclusive. No surprise bills. No extra charges that you weren't expecting. Thank you for you all for everything you do for our mom!

I have met a few of the employees when I went there for a mobile notary appt. and they are all so sweet. The place is clean and beautifully decorated for holidays. They have a holiday tree that was decorated for Easter which was absolutely gorgeous. (I wish I got a picture) 🍊🧡
We just finished getting my dad settled in at his new home . I cant say enough about how wonderful everything about Rosecastle is . From the first conversations with Melissa ( who went way above and beyond in helping us with our unusual situation) to the coordination with the other department heads everyone was great and a pleasure to deal with ! They made the transition for my dad very easy and made us feel very much at ease with him staying there . My mom spent 12 years in an assisted living in another state , I was very happy with the facility she was in and the wonderful staff there. We were very surprised when we discovered that the staff at Rosecastle, from the facility guys , the dining room staff to the healthcare staff were even more pleasant and kinder than the staff we had dealt with for 12 years at my moms assisted living facility. If you are even thinking it might be time for a loved one to consider an assisted living facility call Melissa and visit Rosecastle , they will put your mind at ease!
