The property is beautiful. The lot rent is VERY high and goes up 5% per year. People are priced out very quickly.
I live here. Still loving my honeymoon period. Golf courses are top notch. Ammenities are resort level. Only downside is high lot rent. Its high now and can only go up from here. Will hang in as long as we can.

Don’t move here! Your concerns will be ignored. They make it look pretty from main road to the clubhouse. Good luck when the terrible landscapers cause damage! They don’t care!
Gate guard was rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t let me and my son go to the golf course/clubhouse, made us leave. Will never go back for anything, including making deliveries. No one should tolerate that level of unprofessionalism.
Wonderful service, Yulisa is an excellent worker, super cooperative and kind, very good communication, I recommend them 200%.
We really like it here, but we need to have the lawn service cut the grass. I am over 75 and .have had to weed whip our yard three times, and when the service mows they hit my new down spout, yes I know but we pay for the service and it must be the low bidder?? Last year was much better. We have called the office without any results and another resident called Corporate with the same issue only to get a pat on the head. No follow up by our manager, and we all know what happens next, the park goes downhill.update the mower came on Friday. Here we go again, bad blades? Going to fast? or don’t care. Called the office for there opinion so all we are asking for is mow the grass do a good job and we can be happy, sounds great we will see.
Love it here. Been here two years but our community is in chaos right now.
