One star ⭐️ first night my brother been on place Nurse so rude Make my brother cry He get a infection because he need antibiotics and nurse tell me that antibiotics be expensive That no the answer Because he need it I try found nurse with white hair blue eyes make my brother cry
My father in law was sent home a week ago Wednesday. Assigned case manager for many things. It is now Friday January 30,2026. Nothing done. We called multiple times. Promised someone will call us back. Now it could be 2 late. We live several hours away and cannot get there due to work, On the phone with administrator right now. See what will happen. All other issues that occured while the patient was at the facility. Understaffed etc. WE work in medical field. Unacceptable

⭐⭐⭐ My grandmother stayed at Vivo Healthcare in Winter Haven. The staff was helpful and respectful, and her basic care needs were met. The facility was clean, and communication was okay during her stay. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Vivo Healthcare of Winter Haven provides great care and a welcoming environment. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Communication is clear, and you can tell patient safety and comfort are priorities here. I appreciate the hard work the nurses and support staff put in every day. Highly recommend.
If I could rate this a zero, I would! The social worker did absolutely nothing for my dad and sent him home, knowing he was not ready to go home and had absolutely no one to take care of him, instead of finding him another place. Communication with the patients family is non existent, so they let a sick medicated person, that doesn’t speak the language to make decisions for themselves. The food was terrible, they barely check on them to see if they need anything, sometimes they would press the button for help and had to wait forever for someone to come over… just a terrible place!!! Seniors falling off their beds and wheelchairs, because again, there’s not enough supervision or people watching over them so they don’t hurt themselves. Save yourselves a headache and take your family members somewhere else.
My mom was recently in Vivo for 4 months the rehab did not do their job was very unsuccessful my mom had lots of UTIs you're in track infections she fell multiple times was left alone unsupervised in the bathroom in her bed her room recently she fell was left alone choked went to the emergency room with multiple UTIs fungus in her kidneys she fell now she's in ICU now she's in hospice and Vivo is the cause of all this of my mom passing away he was fine the next minute Vevo has deteriorated her health her spirit everything they are not good people they do not watch the patients they don't feed them right they don't bathe them right they don't look after them right and it's a very terrible place to put your mom I would never put my mom or anyone there again the staff the medical people come and go they're not nice they're all unorganized and I would shut this place down in a heartbeat if I could my mom is dead and it's October 16th 2:25 that she passed away due to vivo's negligence and I hope they pay please do never put your mom or dad or anybody in Vivo they are fraudulent unorganized the food hospitality doctor nurses are all terrible they do not care about the patients they all just want your money believe that my mom is dead due to their care
