Gone downhill since it was bought out. Short staffed everywhere. Dining room is horrible with so many inedible meals! When you hit your hot button for help, wait time for help is a minimum of 2 HOURS!!!

No one ever wants to consider a senior living facility for a loved one, but sometimes it becomes necessary. From the moment we toured the community, it was clear that this place truly feels like a family. Every staff member was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely cared about our experience. When we made the decision to move our family member in, the team guided us through every step of the process. They made what could have been a difficult transition feel smooth and reassuring. Most importantly, they have helped our loved one thrive. I’m incredibly grateful to Colliers and their amazing staff. They consistently go above and beyond, and it truly shows in the care they provide.
The Colliers of Countryside is not only a beautiful place, but it’s also filled with incredible people who truly enjoy what they do. I’ve seen the care partners support one another—whenever someone needs help, another team member is always quick to step in. As for the management, I can’t say enough positive things. The residents are truly fortunate to be here. They’re always going on outings and having a wonderful time, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention they receive.
I want to share my experiences regarding Colliers of countryside, assisted living. I have lived in this assisted living facility for six years I am so thrilled with the changes brought about by the new administration. These improvements have been implemented by Faythe Courtney and Bree. One of the best changes have been their open door policy. residents do not have to make an appointment to see them. They listen to all complaints and new ideas and then proceed as quickly as they can to correct the problem. The staff is always courteous and helpful when called upon. Colliers has now become a place you can proudly call home.
spent 20 minutes walking around looking for any staff, trying to call them and eventually found a person who works there. this is crazy
I love this place. My neighbor recently moved in here. Everyone is so friendly and so kind and it’s pet friendly which is beyond wonderful and they have amazing food with a beautiful dining room. Great activities. I just love everything about this place. Definitely very Home like and Beautiful set up. Has a grand piano right when you walk in there is no smell. It’s just a great great place and I’m so pleased with everything. I’m hoping to volunteer here if I can in the activities department. I used to do activities for 17 years and I just loved it so much. This place is a Gem.
Deeply Disappointed in Communication, Compassion, and Billing Practices My family’s experience with the upper management at this facility has been disappointing. After my mother’s fall early in the month, I received daily automated emails requiring signature that basically stated she would have to be restrained in wheelchair to prevent additional falls. No message that showed any degree of concern for her well‑being. Just a computer-generated document that is obviously kicked out when a resident has a fall to protect themselves. The lack of empathy from upper management mirrored the poor communication we encountered throughout her residency. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an overbilling that occurred just after her taking residence, we are still seeking a refund for one of the two months of unauthorized charges for supplemental care, a service that was never requested nor provided by the facility at an additional $400, over and above the $3800/month we were paying. One month was eventually refunded, while the remaining month of fraudulent charges remains unresolved a year later despite numerous calls and emails. When we toured the community last year, we were shown a standard of professionalism and care that has not been upheld. The staff and activities director, Leslie, are absolutely amazing, but it is disheartening that leadership lacks basic skills and compassion when working with senior residents, families and grieving families. For clarity: • My mother unfortunately passed mid-month, yet an automated billing for the month of January has been posted to her account. This is despite communications to the facility of her passing. • I am still waiting for written confirmation that the $400 charge has been refunded and her account closed/auto bank drafts revoked. • Do not bother leaving voice mails or sending email, as they will all go unanswered. My heart goes out to those that live out of state that can't simply drive there to get answers. 😔 I sincerely hope no other family has to experience the administrative failures we faced.
