Cherry Oak Palm Beach County

I just moved my loved one to this Facility. Jadeen helped me with all the paperwork, it was a smooth transition , because of all his help and the people who works there. His Room is completely clean, the food is good too.

How can the mailbox for the main and only number for this facility be full since Monday morning????

My dad has called this place home for EIGHT years. As somebody who works in assisted-living, I am so thankful for this place that my dad got to call home for those eight years. Five of those years, I lived hours and hours away. I always knew my dad was well taken care of. Even in the final weeks of his life, the staff members went above and beyond for him. I couldn’t imagine a better place. My dad was able to age in place here at Cherry Oak! I want to say thank you to all the staff and management who went above and beyond for my dad! Thank you for your hard work and dedication day in and day out!

If i could rate 0 stars i would. i have a client who is staying here, i would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT send them here. They do not actually care. They are insensitive, rude, and they ignore their clients requests. Maintenance requests are ignored. Damages are not fixed. They say they will do something and never do it. or takes WAY too long. and apparently the food is BAD. Client is in pain after eating and says mostly everyone else agrees the food is HORRIBLE. i would not send anyone i care about to this facility.

I just moved my grandmother into this facility about 2 weeks ago. This has been a long time in the making. I have spoken to MULTIPLE facilities and Jadeen was the most kind, always available to answer any questions, helped so much in not just the actual move but the process of getting her in the facility prior to the move. He went above and beyond (and still does) for my grandmother. It was so important to me that I found her a place that would actually care about her AND care for her, Cherry Oaks does both. Jaden was my first point of contact, but he was a great representation of the entire staff because their heart for the residents didn't end with him, it extended to every single staff member that I have interacted with. It hasn't been an easy move or adjustment and they all have been doing an incredible job at doing their best to make sure all her needs are met physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her personal situation was not a great one, there were many accommodations made for her. They were willing to negotiate the cost in order to help us out, they make sure I get updates on how she is doing from their perspective. This place has made it so much easier on me to get her the help she needed. I thought that I would drive away from their feeling uneasy after I moved her, but I left feeling confident and comforted that she is where she is going to be treated well and taken care of. I appreciate all they do there for my grandmother and for me. Please don't take this review as "everything is perfect" because it is still a place that houses many people, with many different needs, different personalities and opinions, and that cannot be easy and not everything goes as planned. But it is a genuinely good place where they care about the residents and do their best for them. I do not every have to worry about if she will ever be mistreated or neglected, I have so much confidence in the fact that they go above the call of duty for her and everyone else in there.
