Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach

During my recent visit, I was truly impressed by the attentive caregivers and the collaborative leadership team. They prioritize quality, person-centered care, making residents feel valued and comfortable. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of their residents, and their commitment to providing a compassionate and respectful environment is commendable. Highly recommend!

They are GREAT!! Facility/staff communicate with family. Keep family posted on how their family members is doing. Welcome family members to participate in activities.

The staff is very friendly and kind to all that live there (and visit) . My mother has had some issues and always has help with patient and qualified nursing staff. My mother has now been a resident for a year and loves it. She is thriving with activities and has made friends her own age. She feels less isolated. Always someone near. The only draw back is that I live in Alabama and she insisted that she live in Florida. She was born and raised in Florida and has always considered it home. I visited her just last weekend and she is doing very well and happy.

My wife’s Mother is a resident in the Memory Care unit at Charter. We could not be more pleased with the Staff and management. I could write much more about the care she receives, but the best way to sum it up is; if I personally had to be taken care of I would want to be in Charter.

Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach was very nice. They were in the process of having a little fair. They were decorating for Thanksgiving, too, and it was nice. The building was convenient looking. It was like having their own apartment, so that was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. She looked very busy but very personable. We checked the dining area, and that was nice. But we didn't check the food. The room was very nice, too.
