I am so grateful to Myriam and Ramon for the excellent care and personal attention they gave to my mother. She was always treated with love, kindness, and genuine respect. The environment was homey, relaxed, and comfortable for both residents, as well as their families and friends. Myriam and Ramon made sure my mother was comfortable and well cared for during her final weeks of life. My mother was always treated like family. Para nosotros fuel una experiensa maravillosa. Mi padre habia estado muy enfermo cuando Dios nos puso a Ramon Chang Adult Family al alcanse. Yo no pense que mi padre iba a mejorar pero con el cuidado tan personal que le dieron pronto enpeso a sentirse mejor. Mi padre siempre fue y siempre se sintio bien atendido con aprecio y carino. Nosotros siempre le estaremos agradecidos a Myriam, Ramon y demos por todo lo el gran cuidado que mi padre recibio.

My father was in their care until he passed away recently at 94. Ramon, Myriam and their staff treated my father with love, care and respect. His room was always immaculately clean and so was he. My fathers condition was complicated but the staff always greeted me with a smile and never appeared stressed or angry like in some places. Myriam and Ramon, The owners made me feel like family. If you want to sleep at night knowing that your loved one is being well taken care of, then I highly recommend this Place.

My mom is treated with loving care and respect by every person working there. The facility is clean and the food is amazing. She feels safe and has never been without help when needed. ❤️

I am amazed by Ramon Chang Adult Family Care Home, for their hard work in order to face the imminent impact of Ian Septiembre 28/22 H:8.00 Am Ramon Chang AFCH LLC Facility. 1-Windows and doors protected with plywood 2-Food and proteins enough for 8 months 3-Medicines 4-Gas Generator with automatic boot that feeds the entire facility. 5-Extra gasoline generators ⛽️ 6-Drinking water for 1 month 7- Three all terrain vehicles for emergency evacuation in the event of a disaster. 8- Cash enough for 1 month 9- Full 🚨 emergency kit. 10- Clean and in excellent conditions drainage system . 11- During the hurricane (sept 28 to sept 30 all staff will be working 24/7 to ensure the safety of the residents and they will be ready to activate the Evacuation plan if necessary.
