They always had 24 hour nurse on the floor. 3 nurses full time on 3 shifts. The food was mediocre but could have changed by now. The kitchen staff continued tried to make food to their liking. The activities were good and they had surprise activities. Thursday tea party was fun and once a month there was a pianist who entertained. Once. Month all birthdays were celebrated. The admin was always available to support residents and their families. They also made sure insurance was filed on time so families received their money to offset costs for care. Everyone was top notch!
Everyone at Cedar Creek are phenomenal. They took excellent care of my mother. She loved the attention, the food, the activities, the staff, etc. If you or your loved one are considering assisted living I highly recommend Cedar Creek.

My mom moved into Cedar Creek two weeks ago. It's beautiful there. And they're very good with their patients. They're very on top of taking care of them. They clean her room once a week. They do her laundry once a week. She has a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a living area. The staff was wonderful to her. They're always checking on her. She can't walk. She's in a wheelchair and they're always coming in to make sure she's okay like every couple hours. They wake her up in the morning and get her cleaned up, and then she goes to breakfast. So, she's good. They offer cards that she won't go to because she can't walk. And Thursday is tea day, where they have a piano player come in and play the piano. And, other than that, she doesn't want to go anywhere, but she has those options if she wants to. The food is very good and the dining area is very good also. They take care of everybody.
My grandma lived here for a little while and I loved coming to visit while she lived here!
I want to give a shout out to Heather, Stephanie, the nurses and care staff of Cedar Creek. They run like a well oiled machine and take amazing care of my Dad. The go above and beyond the norm for an ALF. They truly are like family. Thank you for all you do and all the hard work!
My mother-in-law is in Cedar Creek. It's very, very nice, and we're very happy. There's nothing that I dislike. My wife has the same feeling. We like them very, very much. We have no complaints. She has no complaints about the food. She has constant activities and she goes to all of them. She has a very nice apartment. They have everything that she needs. I look at the food menu every day and it's very nice. They're good with communication. The rooms are too nice, we don't need to go anywhere. Everything's nice.
Cedar Creek Assisted Living is very homelike. The staff is very caring. My loved one lived there for a couple of years. I always knew she was safe and cared for. The best facility in Citrus County.
