Words can’t explain how Súper Blessed I am to have found this assisted living for Grandma. Communication goes above and beyond and the ladies who take care of My grandmother are simply amazing and always in a good positive attitude. I am Grateful for Camila, Dorinda, Mayra, and Magalys. This is the worse ALF I have encounter as soon as the administration changed for the third time. In three yrs they had switch administrations and the last one that I bearly delt with was inhumane. They gave us 30 days to move mom without any explanation. It was all via text and email. Camila Gorgal (new administration) was a real charater. No class what so ever, her unprofessionalism will come back to bite her in the .... I believe in Karma, what goes around comes around. I hope to see it. I had to give one star to be able to create this post. If a negative star was able to be picked, that…

We chose Carmen's Goodcare ALF for my aunt because she likes it. We spoke with the people out there, and it worked out for both of us. She likes it, so that's my main goal, that she's feeling comfortable. The staff is very nice, very caring, and that's what's important. I have eaten myself the meals, but she's happy, she's eating well and she has not complained. With the situation right now, they have activities but she prefers watching her TV or just doing her reading. There was a gathering for a birthday party for somebody and she participated. There were 6 ladies there, but it's not like there are daily activities there. They offered that somebody can go there and do their hair, but with COVID you've got to be careful. They're very clean, they clean every day, and my aunt said that every day they do this and that, and clean her room. They're very helpful and they've worked with us very well on the situation we have until we're able to get things better.
I highly recommend Carmen's Goodcare. Both my mother and mother-in-law reside here for over a year. The owners and staff are highly trained, knowledgable about elder care, and extremely loving. The one on one care is truly exceptional. I can rest easy, go to work, attend my nuclear family knowing fully well that both are moms are receiving amazing 24 hour care. When we visit every weekend, it feels like we are home with family.
No go. Danny is the only one who speaks english in the whole alf.
I think this facility is more than a family making a work of charity so beautiful it deserves five stars, if there were 10 would give 11. Inaccuracies to begin this health center meets the standards for facilities providing health services. Example: bedroom areas, corridors, sanitary facilities, ventilation, patient food preparation, laundry and waste, highly trained staff to give love. I can only say thanks you for taking such good care of my mother.
