It is remarkable to see an aide holding laundry who will still adjust plans to help a senior. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for such a wonderful cornerstone of our community. If I could award seven or ten stars, I would, but Google limits me to five.
Debbie is amazing to work with! She is always punctual, kind, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Her attention to detail and dedication to doing things right really stand out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes so much pride in what they do. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring professional.
My parents are here at Brookdale in Palm Coast and the staff does an excellent job helping them with their daily routine and treats them like family. I can't imagine them anywhere else!

The team here goes above and beyond for their residents, showing genuine care and compassion in everything they do. Each staff member takes the time to know every resident personally, creating a sense of comfort, connection, and belonging. Brookdale is a place where you can truly feel the love and dedication behind the care they provide every day.
The staff at Brookdale Palm Coast are very friendly
My mom is currently a resident and we are happy with 90% of the place! The “staff” is wonderful and she gets great care! However, it is a business and like most the problem is their management! It’s all about $$$ they “nickel and dime” you for every little thing, which is very discouraging and takes away from the goodness of the place!
Short staffed and we use our own private caregivers as a result. They are far better than most places I visited. Wish they had skilled nursing for when that time comes. The lady that chased us hard to get mom in hasn't been heard from since. My mom doesn't do activities so can't comment on that. Food complaints are the typical soft bacon, hard to chew many foods for the seniors. But that's just my mom's experience.
Do not work for this company. I'm so happy now that I left. To them you are just a warm body in the building which shows what the residents mean to them... nothing just money in their pocket. I gave them a two weeks notice and never got paid for my last two weeks. when I called about it they still were unappreciated. They have a new "wellness director" every week. if they can get someone I loved all the residents but what they pay to live there is not worth it
