3.5 · 138 reviewsIt was a rotten deal that the staff and resdents had gotten when we had to find somewhere to live/work that was a wrong thing to do for all of us last year hope that Lica is happy.
Great while it lasted, but seeing they are closing and kicking out all the residents it's pretty sad. Promised great things and improvements when lilac came in, but instead they made the residents without a place to live, and all the employees with no work! Pretty disgusting, and disgraceful to me and Google to.
My Mom lived in assisted living here for several years due to dementia. Staff was always good to her. Cleanliness was always an issue from mice to German Roaches. In May, I was told she rolled out of bed. She was sent to ER. I was not called. She had significant injuries with bumps on both sides of her head and both eyes swollen, black & blue. Her whole face was very swollen. She is now at a skilled nursing center and I've asked both the Administrator and the Corporate office (Lilac Health) for information on how these injuries occurred. The Administrator would only give limited information…

The Administrator would only give limited information and says she will call back with more information. The Corporate will not respond to my concerns.

My loved one was previously a resident at Brentwood Retirement Community and the experience at this facility was terrible. Many bad things are happening in that place and I do not trust them. My loved one had over $[removed] in cash in a wallet and it disappeared. No one had access to his apartment other that the people working there. I would not recommend this facility to anyone for their loved ones.

I don't know what representative came out to view this place for a place for Mom but they were lied to.there is no pool there is no computer room there are no water fountains in front of our buildings they are false advertising to you, a place for Mom gave it a rating of 6.2 I live here I give it a 2.2 one star facility .the way they treat you here is rude condescending pretentious and narcissistic the staff almost seems to go out of their way to make it difficult for you to even get your medications on time or even getting the correct??medication I would not recommend anyone moving into one of these facilities it is literary the worst mistake I ever made they lied to me told me that there was a pool and a pool table and a computer room and the yeah right bullsh it. we don't have any amenities for you .one ride to Walmart once a week on Wed. 6.2 , Are you joking you be lucky if I give that a 1.2 and I live here it is the worst mistake I ever made this place is a dump.The place is dilapid
Heard maintenance guy saying these people look like leather. He will also if he lives that long. [name removed] is his name! Place is falling apart, some aides yell at residents for bothering them on their smoke and phone times!!!! Don't put your loved one here!!!
