Met DeAnna bedside with my grandma at the hospital and helped us find a great facility for her here and the entire staff has been fantastic!

Met DeAnna as I was in the hospital with my grandmother recovering from a fall. She was so nice and accommodating and I have never felt more comfortable with someone! So glad we met her and choosing Blue Palms was the best choice!

My brother spent 12 days here for skilled nursing with rehabilitation and memory care after experiencing a stroke with multiple complicating issues. Kudos to the staff: We would not have survived without the services of Janelle, the Social Worker. She worked tirelessly w/an out of state transfer of care, helping me write an appeal to a Humana managed PPO denial regarding rehab, and emailing referrals to multiple facilities as we struggled to find a receiving facility. She has remained very available by phone and email even days after the transfer complete! Teresa, DON and Steven, Administrator, and Chris w/PT quick to respond with helpful information and attentive skillful therapists! Shayla, facility NP was great along with Jessa, Psych NP. Nurses Raquelle on days and Terry on eves were so helpful and attentive and patient! I do wish there was an easier way to contact the facility “after hours by phone”—my brother couldn’t have a phone at the time so would call in to check on him and sometimes it took a few hours to get in touch. Thanks to all who made a rocky journey get a little smoother w/all your efforts. PS: My advice following my brother’s stroke—get straight Medicare w/a supplement, Humana managed PPO denied much more than they approved! Very frustrating! Facility in process of renovation which will be nice when complete!

We have been so blessed to have found Blue Palms nursing facility I went in first and my husband had serious operation following my fall then after his time in ICU blue palms brought us together here we are so grateful to be together here. All the nurses , CNA , social workers , management and ,especially Physical therapist the pt staff has made huge difference in both of our ability’s.they all work alla as a team thank you especially to Janelle ,{social worker} Steven Paltrow ( administrator) and our special cna Chevelle …. My brother is there recovering from a stroke. The staff has been kind and very caring towards him. The Christian atmosphere is prevailing and most welcome and comforting to me . I sleep better now.
