BEWARE!!! DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING Blue Fountain Home Care in Palm Bay Florida! I am writing to share my concerns regarding the services provided by Blue Fountain Home Care in Palm Bay, Florida. Unfortunately, my family has had a disappointing experience with their care. My uncle was a previous client of theirs, but was removed and placed in the hospital by Adult Protective Services due to alleged neglect. We were also disheartened by the level of care provided once the incident was brought to light, and the subsequent poor treatment we my uncle experienced from the owner, Maggie, and her staff. Additionally, I wanted to bring to your attention the issues we encountered with the contract that was not signed by my wife. The contract was not properly executed, which is a required step under Florida law. Furthermore, the owner did not fulfill her obligations as stated in the contract, including not providing a pro-rated refund that was outlined in the agreement. As a result of the situation, my family is facing financial difficulties due to the unfulfilled obligations of Blue Fountain Home Care. I believe it is essential to caution others to exercise caution when considering this care provider. VERY SICKENING!!! Photos to follow!!
