Belmont Village Senior Living Aventura

A visit to Belmont Village Senior Living inevitably brings with it a genuine “wow” moment. Within minutes, you find yourself thinking: This is a place where I could truly imagine living. It is not only the brand-new building, with its thoughtfully designed architecture, state-of-the-art technology, and meticulous attention to every detail. The high-end materials, elegant interiors, and exceptional level of comfort all contribute to an environment where nothing seems to be missing. Is it the delicious food? The warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the staff? Certainly, all of these elements play an important role. What touched me most, however, was the atmosphere of the community itself. There is a special feeling throughout the building—a positive energy that is immediately noticeable. It comes from the people who have made this place their home, creating a sense of belonging, warmth, and genuine happiness. More than anything else, it is this spirit that makes Belmont Village such a remarkable place.

My 97 year old mom is in memory care (The Neighborhood). I’m very impressed with how well the staff takes care of my mom. I love how they keep her engaged with activities and entertainment. She’s much happier than she was at her apartment with caretakers from an agency. She seems to really like being a resident of “The Neighborhood” and hasn’t asked to go back to her apartment. Much of the credit for my mom’s successful transition is due to the tireless efforts of Erin Yavner, supervisor of the staff for “The Neighborhood.” I would also like to call out the superior customer care from Iris at the front desk. She consistently went above and beyond, which made the setup process as easy as possible for us.

I am a resident here and I especially love the staff and caregivers here at Belmont! The environment is great and the staff always goes above and beyond to please the residents. My apartment is wonderful and gives me peace. The food is amazing and the amenities are wonderful.

My name is Claire and I just recently moved in to Belmont Village Aventura. I am very happy with the service here and the amenities. The help is wonderful and I keep busy all day. I have met some wonderful friends who have been great company. There is always an activity to do and the overall experience has been excellent!

Moved in two weeks ago and it has been fantastic. This Senior Living facility is a cross between a luxury Cruise ship and a 5 star Hotel. There are such wonderful amenities including a swimming pool and Aquatic exercise instructors. Social hours with live entertainment, and so much more I could go on for hours. The staff is always around to provide help or advice. And we are encouraged to make suggestions for activities or sign up for Theatre or Museum outings. What a wonderful place to move forward and live out my senior years in luxury, safety, and comfort.
