Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens Villas

Terrible facilities. They barley bathe my mother and the miscommunication knows no bounds. They don’t answer the phone her. I’m going to contact a lawyer to help with this place. A law suit should be in order

The food was the pits. We had meetings with the then Admin and kitchen manager and the food would improve for a few days and then back to the pits again. They -ad no program for memory care. The Activities (LOL) Director has her . Mother stay there and her mother usually just sits in her wheelchair at her dining table and does nothing. I gave her a coloring book and pencils so she would have some thing to do but the activities director took them away from her so she just sits there all day.

This is today February 5th 2023 our lunch at keystone villas they ran out of chicken they had maybe 4 pieces of chicken for both buildings and had pintos and beans but those are nasty the way they make them. I was stuck with just plain noodles that have some carrots thrown in it it's dry doesn't have any taste they don't have any juice from the chicken to put on it they don't have any butter they ran out of butter again. I had butter in my room that I bought and the food is so cold (it was supposed to be a hot dish) so it won't even melt the butter.

Fue Una .malisima experiencia. Una pesadilla para mi madre No se lo recomiendo a nadie.Ella tuvo Una caida y nunca la. Examinó. UN medico. Hubo muchas irregularidades. La bañaron Una sola vez en dos semanas. Le faltaron El respeto.. Tenian preferencia por la madre De Una empleada Que si la bañaban todos Los dias y la atendian tres enfermeras y a.mi mamá ninguna. Fue UN desastre y la lista no termina aquí. Fue muy triste ver a mi mamá sufriendo en este lugar.
