Nurse Patrick is a wonderful nurse. I enjoyed the Activities with the Activities Director Ernie, Director of Patient Experience, has been a wonderful service and is always checking in to make sure my care needs are being taken in care of. The therapy team is wonderful and has helped me a lot with my mobility..
This is a wonderful place. The therapy team are wonderful , they help me so much .... i get to go home. very thankful. CNA Jeniffer, Nurse Tyler ( he was our everything!) joline is everybody's "person". She helps with everything.
Stayed here for 2 weeks..knowledgeable nursing, attentive staff, excellent therapy.

I have had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Aviata has a homey atmosphere The staff are caring, kind and wonderful. The outside area is nice to have to enjoy the Florida sunshine and breeze. The CNAs Shanta and Deme are wonderful staff and have been helpful to me. All nurses including the Director of Patient Experience have been very kind and helpful during my stay. All the therapy team members especially Laura are knowledgeable. helpful, kind and caring team. I have appreciated all the care I have been during my time here.
I visited my sister at Aviata my sister was in physical therapy at the time so i got the chance to observe they were very hands on and I was impressed. Later in her room we enjoyed coffee and met Jolene with poetry therapy session. I was happy with my sister improvement
My time here has been good..I enjoy all the therapy team members, the activities director Ernie and her assistant Stephanie are the Best. I enjoy my time with Joline the director of patient experience is awesome very helpful and a friend. I enjoy talking with her and her poetry ate beautiful. The CNAs are very caring and helpful and can’t enough about Unit Nurse Manager Judy. I have appreciated the time, care and attention I have received.
Food could be better, I had to bring food from outside for my wife to eat. Most of the staff was excellent
This was my second stay at Aviata due to my falling and injuring myself. I of course rehabed with PT but I needed more time with them. I was given my meds on time but I especially enjoyed my poetry rehab visits from Joline, that helped me more than she realized. Night nurses Jen, Sylvia and Chaterra my pink girl, like myself were absolutely the best, they helped me to decide on this rating even though the food was not up to par. Nurse Edd I have to give a special thank you to also, even though I somehow changed his name to Nathan my entire visit lol, he was gracious enough to always answer me. The CNA's, a special thanks to them all, always very respectful even though they didn't like what they were serving. Thank you to Staff of Aviata.
