Avante at St. Cloud

Absolutely top notch facility. The cleanliness of the facility inside and out are unlike any others. The care provided for the patients from all involved from the Business Office, Admissions Office, Social Services, Receptionists, Nurses, CNAs, Doctors, Physical & Occupational Therapists and any others I might have missed are exceptional! This facility demonstrates the care and compassion for their patients as if they are a part of their own family. The decision to place our Momma in a facility was a difficult one to say the least. My grandma was really nervous going here. She's used to being alone but she knew she needed to get stronger first. I'm so glad the managers listened to our feedback, and the room they put Grandma in had the best roommate. She was there about a month And now she's back home. It's funny because now she says she misses her roommate, and her nurse and CNA. The facility was really great at being clean and everyone was always so friendly.

I was torn on bringing mom home or letting her stay at a nursing facility. The hospital said she really needed it. I'm glad I listened. She only stayed two weeks but she came back stronger, and she even made a friend. Nurses were always there supporting and especially the therapists. I'm hoping Mom stays healthy but if ever she needs to go back, at least now we know where she can go to get the best care.
