I would like to take a moment to recognize two individuals who were instrumental in our decision to purchase this home. First and foremost, Mr. John Koon. His professionalism, depth of knowledge, and overall demeanor were truly exceptional, nothing short of A+. I would confidently recommend that anyone interested in Sunbridge work directly with him. Quite frankly, John was the deciding factor in our purchase. We visited several Del Webb communities, and no one matched his level of service or his no pressure approach. Had it not been for John, I likely would not have moved forward with purchasing in Sunbridge. Additionally, I would like to recognize the Construction Manager, Mr. Heath Suich. Heath made the entire process smooth and seamless. He is highly knowledgeable, consistently puts the customer first, and ensures every interaction is both professional and positive. I am extremely grateful for the effort he put into this transaction, and I especially appreciate how he continues to follow up to ensure everything is meeting expectations after delivery. Both of these gentlemen have my sincere appreciation and gratitude for their outstanding support throughout this process. As for the community, what can anyone say but fabulous! From the clubhouse to the grounds to the team that supports the entire process, everyone is running their A game! We could not have been happier moving from Northern VA to this beautiful community! Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel at home!

We had a great experience buying our new home with Pulte. Our realtor agent was a true deal-maker, proactive, responsive, and excellent at communication throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and supported. The closing date came earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise, and the construction manager was outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to quality. Overall, a smooth, efficient, and positive home-buying experience. We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend Pulte and their team.

Love many aspects of the Del Webb Pulte experience here in Sunbridge. We LOVE our floor plan and zero corner slider in the back of our home. Our backyard is adjacent to a conservation area and thus, it makes us feel as if we live more fully in nature. We are very close to the amenity center and love all aspects of it. We use the fitness center frequently and look forward to trying pickleball soon. We have a new Publix at the end of the main road by our home and live in a planned community that when it's done will be fabulous. We appreciate our build team who were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.
