She has personally found the best suitable facility for my dad with dementia. And she recently found a great assisted living facility for a patient of mine who also could not safely live at home. Sam handles all communication & there are no second parties nor AI answering calls.
I can not say enough good words about Samantha and her company -Assisted Living Locators The hospital stay prior to this most recent one, my moms case worker gave me Samantha’s number and I really thought it was to good to be true. It is a completely free service to the families. She helped me get paperwork together, got me set up with a financial advisor, she always answered my calls, she was patient, kind , she listened and provided a level of comfort I did not expect. she set up all the tours and did the tours with me. She worked with the case worker to ensure we had all our ducks in a row…

I can not say enough good words about Samantha and her company -Assisted Living Locators The hospital stay prior to this most recent one, my moms case worker gave me Samantha’s number and I really thought it was to good to be true. It is a completely free service to the families. She helped me get paperwork together, got me set up with a financial advisor, she always answered my calls, she was patient, kind , she listened and provided a level of comfort I did not expect. she set up all the tours and did the tours with me. She worked with the case worker to ensure we had all our ducks in a row and really the only reason I was able to get all of these things taken care of The amount of stress she was able to take off my plate during this emotional time was priceless If you’re in the Pensacola area and find yourself in the situation I was , with aging parents ( I had no clue where to start or what to do) reach out to her! Please feel free to share this as well , it is such a valuable service and everyone should know about it!

Ii am with Department of Children and Families and have worked with Samantha Williams several times in the past year. She has always been willing to assist and goes out of her way to help our entire Department when we needed her. She has my upmost respect for what she does. She is an amazing person and if I could give her 10 Stars, in a heartbeat. Amazing human bein g.
Samantha stands out for both her compassion and work ethic. I’ve personally witnessed how far she goes to help people in making sure they understand their options and feel supported every step of the way during major life changes.
I recently had to place my father in an assisted living facility and Samantha was wonderful and very easy to work with! Her assistant Loni was very prompt and helpful as well. They both made me feel at ease about choosing a facility that was appropriate for my dad.
John Horton literally led us through the entire process of choosing the right facility for our mother’s needs. He went above and beyond in addition to scheduling tours, accompanying us on the tours and making us aware of VA financial assistance that was available to us. This was the first time we have been through this and he explained step by step to us and made us very comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Mr. Horton and even consider him a friend of the family.
