My mother absolutely loves Ally, and it’s easy to see why. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for. She’s always on the dining room floor hustling, moving quickly and efficiently, and making sure everything runs smoothly. She has built a genuine connection with my mother and our family, and that means so much to us. She is such a hard worker and a true go getter. Thank you, Ally, for all the kindness and positivity you bring every day!
We are fortunate to have my parents living in the independent living area of this community and my mother in law is in assisted living. In each instance, they receive wonderful care, appropriate for the stage of life they are in. The buildings and interiors are lovely and their apartments are well appointed with lovely finishes. The dining options are restaurant style and often updated to adjust to feedback of the residents. I visit regularly, going from area to area and you can see the staff working quietly and cheerfully to care for our loved ones. I am so thankful we found this community.

As a service provider who’s in the community frequently, we get to see the day-to-day up close—and it’s clear their team is well-run and genuinely resident-focused. Leadership is responsive, the sales team is professional, wellness is attentive, and activities are thoughtfully planned. Most importantly, they make decisions with the resident’s best interest in mind. If you’re considering the community and want a friendly face, stop by and see Tammy or Echo—they’re two of the kindest people you’ll meet and make you feel welcome right away.

Living at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park can feel like a gentle kind of peace. You don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. There’s comfort in the familiar faces the small daily moments and knowing support is always nearby. It gives me space to simply enjoy life stay connected and keep finding meaning in each day.
Went to the fashion show and had a wonderful time. Susan and her crew are awesome. Residents were all having an excellent day.
