4.1 · 69 reviewsThe reality is the food is horrible, they are short staffed with a lot of turnover. I would definitely not take my word for it regarding food. Stop by during lunch and dinner unannounced a couple times before bringing your loved one there. They are under new management, they had to fire a lot of existing staff due to previous management nepotism. I definitely am not impressed with the new management. They are raising the prices and doing less. Buyer beware.
This place is a joke. Colliers bought this facility. This place has gone nowhere but down. Employees have been let go in every area. I am here a year and a half. We had med techs and aids. Now med techs are doing double duty. They have to both. They even have to pick up trash. I had roaches in my room and had wait days for an exterminator to come. The food is horrible. I have to order my food from Publix. The day cook does a great job with what she has to deal with. As for the quality of food it appears to be a low quality. This place is a joke. Colliers bought this facility. This place has gone nowhere but down. Employees have been let go in every area. I am here a year and a half. We had med techs and aids. I’ve called four times over the past month and a half for information about the facility for my mother. Each time I was told that somebody would get back to me and nobody ever did so I would call back only to get the same message and never receive a call back.
Mary and Staff, There have been five family members and four friends we have recommended Arbor Hills and Oaks to as a living community. You have been a wonderful environment to love, care, entertain, and protect each one of them. Your open door policy to discuss needs and additional care is the best! You and your staff are a warm and caring extended family for each resident. Our family value you tremendously. Thank you, and your entire team, for ALL you do.

My mother-in-law Sheila started out in Arbor Hills Independent living, then progressed to Arbor Oaks assisted living and Evergreen for memory care. Mary Gaudet and her staff made the transition easy and everyone seemed to know and love Sheila. The caring staff was always attentive to her needs and made her days happy and comfortable. As her dementia progressed, it was great to be able to keep her in familiar surroundings. Evergreen has a very small, family atmosphere which was important for someone with dementia. We checked out many facilities before we settled on Arbor Hills and Arbor Oaks and we were very happy with our decision. The care Sheila received was outstanding.
My mother has been in Arbor Oaks (Evergreen) for about a year and a half now. She is safe, comfortable, and happy. I am tremendously grateful for all the care she receives. I live overseas so it was crucial to find a place as good as this to care for my mother who has such severe dementia. Thank you for all you do Evergreen staff. ❤️
