I love that we never hear food complaints, she is a very picky eater. She lived in another assisted living before Greenacres and the decision to move her was one of the best me and my brothers and sisters have ever made. Staff is super helpful and the Director, Karen runs a tight ship. Couldn't be happier!!

Arbor Oaks aka The Colliers at Greenacres is a great assisted living facility and memory care with consistent caring staff that is very stable .. it is a safe place with activities as well as psych support as needed .. Residents thrive and are happy there AND the price is right.. Great nursing team and great management team

The worst assisted ever
This facility and its staff are so amazing!
Went to this community for an event. The residents were dancing with an entertainer singing and looked so happy! Staff members were engaging with the residents and also entertaining some of the residents who weren’t dancing. The facility was clean and smelled great. Loved my time in this building.
I thank God my stepfather passed away yesterday after living the most miserable months of his life at Arbor Oaks Greenacres. He was committed to this awful place by his biological daughter. Due to Arbor Oak's negligence, my stepfather fell multiple times at this facility ending up in the ER and suffering injuries that led to his untimely death. His bed was stained with blood for weeks at a time; this facility stinks of feces and urine. If you love your family, do not bring them here. See the photo below and visit, so you can see and smell for yourself.
Arbor Oaks is the worst place for elderly people who cannot care for themselves. My husband had one of his daughters as his guardian, who, despite being a lawyer, was unable to defend him from the poor care at that evil place. He was 81 years old and suffered from Parkinson's. Three years earlier, he had entered a deteriorating stage of his disease. On February 21, 2024, he was taken to Arbor Oaks where, due to negligence, he fell nearly eight times, hitting his head with open wounds. These falls affected his brain. In December 2024, he was taken to the hospital again due to a fall, then the following week, he fell again. My husband could no longer eat, and he was being fed through a peg tube. Arbor Oaks promised to manage his peg tube, however, after a few days they refused to provide this service, and a private nurse had to be hired additionally, charging $480/day to change the peg tube. This increased the cost of his care to nearly $20,000/month due to their irresponsibility after having said that they would include peg tube care. He ultimately passed away in April 2025 after suffering 14 months in that evil place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't hire enough staff, and that's why they don't provide good care to patients.
