The community says this help is intended to support residents while encouraging independence and preserving dignity. Its materials also describe staff as maintaining a clean, calm and approachable environment. They do not give individual care schedules or explain how assistance is apportioned among residents. It describes continuing dialogue about care, rather than a specific schedule for family meetings.
The community lists grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, salons and restaurants among nearby walkable destinations. These places provide context for everyday errands, personal services and dining around the Gainesville residence, separate from services listed on site. This is not an assisted living nor a nursing home. This is a warm cozy house with a handful of loving, medical professionals that care for your loved one and become a part of your family. My experience was Individualized care and safe keeping of my mom, with everyone accepting accountability. I was so blessed to have GreenOak Villas available to help me with my mom’s care. We used the daycare and the live-in arrangement at different stages of her needs. Every step of the way we had open communication and attention to details that helped in my mom’s care and in my peace of mind. I hope that…

Our mom Helen was a resident here for about 2 years. She saw the transition from Annie's House to Green Oak Villa. The quality of care never skipped a beat. The former owners and new owners shared the same vision. The very best, affordable, care. Mom recently passed away and the concern of the staff was heartfelt and genuine. The staff provided home cooked meals and "sweets" for the residents while being attentive and compassionate. Birthdays are a festive event. Facility was always clean, needs met, family was keep informed of any issues and appointments and residents seemed happy. Individual attention when needed provide a safe, secure environment that allowed Mom the dignity that her 92 years had earned. From the bottom of our hearts THANKS to all that cared for Helen. The Poupard family
Really nice staff, who handle each patient with extra care!
The new administration is so kind and caring. Keep up the good work Dr Boggi
I have been living here for over a year now. This place is spotless and the home cooked meals are great. The staff here goes out of their way to see that you are well taken care of. The grounds outside are well cared for. It has a real family feel. With the virus running rampant we are very well protected. They really care.
I stay here now and it couldn't be any better. Very clean, comfortable and three good meals every day. There is public transportation right at the front door.
