3.8 · 59 reviewsThis place is so unorganized. My uncle was staying here for about 8 months and managed to leave the facility around 11:30 pm and ended up being hit by a car. This facility needs to be shut down. HORRIBLE place don’t recommend.
Angels Senior Living at New Tampa is wonderful! My aunt was there for over 2 years in their memory care unit. At her previous ALF, she was anxious, pacing, genuinely unhappy and unclean. The moment she arrived at Angels, she was calm, content, happy and clean! The care and love that she received was amazing! The communication from all of the staff was consistent and very helpful! I can not say enough about the care given at Angels New Tampa!! They became family!
From the moment my mother moved into Angel's the Staff were very accommodating, kind and compassionate. If mom didn't come down for meal time there was someone checking in on her almost immediately. Although my mom's health has taken a turn and now needs to be in Skilled Care, all I can say is I deeply miss Angel's because mom was treated like family there. She was so happy there. The facility was always clean and very tastefully decorated!

Great place for your parents to stay but like any other place you must stay on top of them. If they know you are present, they will treat your love ones better.
My family loves the staff and how they cared for my mother. The compassion in your staff is what I really loved about the place. Make it an environment that staff wants to stay. There were a few that have been here from the beginning of my mom's time at Angels. However, there are some staff that have left. Consistency and a familiar face goes a long way with clients.
My mother will be moving into Angels Senior Living at New Tampa memory care unit. So far, so good. We have to move our own furniture in, but the room was clean and the size was good for us. The staff was nice, and they have good service. They have activities, but very simple ones. They have everything inside. They're pretty new.
