Residents may choose private or companion suites. Rooms have large windows, individual climate controls, cable television connections, Wi-Fi and emergency call pendants. Bathrooms are en-suite or shared, with roll-in showers, nonslip flooring and grab bars. Residents can bring their own furniture, photographs and keepsakes. Small pets, including cats and toy-breed dogs, may be permitted with prior approval and current vaccinations. Reported safety systems include electronic medication-administration records, building sprinklers and a backup generator described as able to power air conditioning for up to 96 hours.

Meals are cooked on site and served family-style in a dining room, with alternate entrees available at each meal. Reported menu accommodations include heart-healthy, low-sodium, mechanical-soft, pureed and diabetic-friendly diets, with guidance from a registered dietitian. Common areas have hydration stations with fruit-infused water during the day. Daily housekeeping is described, while linens and personal laundry are handled twice weekly or on request.

Shared indoor spaces include a living room with a smart television, a reading nook and an activity studio with craft tables and a digital piano. Reading materials come through the Clearwater Public Library’s senior-outreach program. A monthly activity calendar covers physical, cognitive, social and spiritual interests; listed activities include chair yoga, guided stretching, news discussions, bingo, Wii bowling and arts and crafts. Local musicians, therapy-dog teams and St. Petersburg College student volunteers are also reported to visit.

Residents who wish to participate can attend non-denominational services, Catholic communion or weekly Bible study. Outdoors, raised beds are used for tomatoes, herbs and butterfly-friendly flowers, alongside pergola-shaded seating and barbecue space when weather permits. Reported outings include the Pinellas Trail, Coachman Park and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. A wheelchair-accessible van provides scheduled rides to medical appointments, dialysis, shopping centers and local restaurants. Family members can use an online portal to review care notes and upcoming outings.
